When our aging air conditioner finally gave up during the hottest days of summer, we were not overly pleased with our existing HVAC service provider.  Based on a referral from a trusted builder, we contacted the folks at Comfort Solutions.  Not only did Richard Jones come out to personally inspect the situation and spend as long as we wanted to explain all of our options and answer every last question, but when we made a decision, his work crew arrived on the very next day, exactly on time and with everything they needed to do that job.  We lovingly refer to them as the 'Obsessive Compulsive" contractor.  Not only did the team do a fast, expert install, but they raked and swept the area around the new concrete pad! I would like to thank the staff at Comfort Solutions for their excellent work on installing my Carrier AC/heat pump system. Their professionalism, neatness, and customer service is to be greatly commended.

With my old AC unit, I could always expect my Electric Bill to be at least $200 for the month of August. With my new Carrier unit, my August bill was $68.00.  Now that's a BIG difference! Even the air flow is better through-out my three level townhouse.

Mr. Richard Jones at Comfort Solutions was able to do what three other AC/Heating companies were unable to do after four house calls, including the person who did the initial installation. Until Mr. Jones' visit, I spent over six months trying to have my A/C fixed. His work was professional and superb, and the system continues to work properly to this day.
